The housing market has declined in recent years with foreclosures bringing down home values. I decided to further my real estate skills by being trained to be a Certified Short Sale Specialist. A short sale is when the home's market value is less than what is owed on the mortgage. This is a much better option than going into foreclosure. A short sale will bruise the homeowner's credit as opposed to killing it and will keep home values higher than a foreclosed home will. I have worked on the sale of several properties facing foreclosure since 2008 with successful results.

I received special training to become an Accredited Stager. I stage homes at no charge to my clients making their home more marketable. The way you live in your home and want to market your home to sell aren't always the same. My listings have had positive results when staged.
